Mental Health, Wellness & Awareness
Chamber Wellbeing Evening
Your mind is a business asset. Look after it.
Running a business, leading a team and managing the pressures of everyday life can take a toll. This FREE Chamber Wellbeing Evening is an opportunity to step away from the daily grind, reset and gain practical tools to support your own wellbeing — and the people around you.
Join the Greater Caboolture Chamber of Commerce at The Abbey Museum for a relaxed, practical and interactive evening designed for business owners, managers, team leaders and employees.
Hear from Fiona Hasson, Thryve Counselling & Wellbeing, on what a mentally healthy workplace actually looks like and what to do when you notice someone isn't okay.
Vicki Abraham, Better Outcomes Coaching, will explore leadership, burnout and managing stress, with practical strategies for recognising the warning signs and responding before things reach breaking point.
The evening will also feature Tracy Harris from Love and Believe Holistic Healing, with an introduction to sound healing and an interactive experience, along with Khushna Shah, exploring the value of meditation through an interactive session.
We'll also explore laughter, nutrition and practical wellbeing tools, before finishing the evening with relaxed networking and an opportunity to connect with other local business people.
This isn't an evening of theory. The aim is simple: leave with practical, usable ideas you can put into action the very next day.
